Member’s in Congress Attempting to take back War Powers. Help them.

Who has the primary authority to wage war on the behalf of the United States: the commander-in-chief or the Congress? The new Jones-Delahunt resolution would specifically prohibit the president from entering into future hostilities without congressional action. This is an important piece of legislation and needs to be supported.
